This is for sure gonna be one of the maddest Reggae-Dancehall events in Switzerland in 2012. Swiss Sound Veterans Ruffpack (1-2-3-Badda Dan clash promoters) are celebrating their 10 years in the business in style!
The lineup is crazy: Mr Vegas will be performing LIVE alongside Dub Akom band and of course the whole Hemp Higher family will be there to support the event: Switzerland’s own Cali P the lyrical faya will be blessing up the place all the way from Jamaica, Randy Valentine will be flying in from london, backed by Straight sound. HEMP HIGHER‘s latest riddim “THE EVOLUTION RIDDIM” was crowned with success, and secured airplay worldwide from jamaica to japan, surprising some as it was the first “one-drop” riddim released by the camp – but don’t think that we’re leaving out the dancers in 2012: Get ready for our new dancehall riddim album release: WIRELESS RIDDIM.
CALI P is back with a HIT for the Dancefloors!! “Gyal alone” speaks for itself as the artist sings about how he gets special attention from the female audience and crowds everywhere he goes – and that as soon as he steps in to the dance, “gyal alone next to me”.
Hemp Higher artist RANDY VALENTINE also lays down another “Gyallis” song -where he explicitly warns people not to let their girlfriend near him if she is in need of affection because he will gladly step in! “Some man betta tek this song as a warning, mi a go tek weh ur gal”. “The warning” is a guaranteed crowd pleaser for any dance!
Jamaican rising star JAHMIEL addresses the riddim with more serious concerns in “Trouble coming at me” – a song about the balances or good and evil in life, and how “the most high is my guide and shield” against all ill-minded people and obstacles that get thrown towards us in our everyday struggles.
Last but far from least is the club-banger “Touch ur body” by DI GOVANAH who lays down an amazing chorus and tight verses in this third “Gyal-tune” on the riddim.
The title itself it self-explanatory and one has no doubts about The artists’s intentions! – He’s going to make sure the girls will “really really really wanna get naughty“!

Legendary reggae label DIGITAL B is back with a re-edition of the “Adam and Eve” Riddim – featuring CALI P, KONSHENS, TAURRUS RILEY & LUTAN FYAH.

Finally here is the last episode of the 7 part web documentary “The unstoppable Tour”. In this episode, Cali P & Family travel to the swiss to the Bernese alps to Guggisberg for the “Keltenfest”: a Nature oriented festival in the middle of the woods. Those of you who have been wanting to see him perform with a band will be glad because he is accompagnied by Germany’s finest “Soul Fire band” on this show. We then join Chiqui dubs, Riga & Cali P on their trip to slovakia a week later to the “Uprising reggae festival” – this is actually the second time they perform there. We join Cali P as he records an exclusive song for a slovaki rap group before heading to the festival where they linked up with Tarrus Riley, Dean Fraser and Anthony B who were performing on the same night.

Once again join us on the Road as we go to a samll village “Verbier” at the top of the swiss mountains. It was an outdoor event, the street was blocked off and the turnout for such a small place was amazing! real mountain Vibes!
A few days later we meet again but this time in the lovely sunny island of Guadeloupe, for a very special event: Tiwony & Friends – in one of the island’s football stadiums! Steppin!

You can see us chilling in the studio, and then recording some dubs before a real nice show alongside Etana at the Twann Lakesplash in Switzerland. the tour then continues with another stop in Austria at Zoll am See this time, where we also linked up with Etzia & Lady Louise and you can definitely witness that austrian people love reggae music! As the journey continues, we finally arrive in that beautifull place: Fieberbrunn, Austria. It was a wonderfull vibe in the mountains and at the same time it ws the earthstrong celebration of Jugglerz MC Shotta Paul!
