NEW RELEASE: KELLINGSTON ft CALI P – “REVER”

The 2 french caribean artistes have got together for a new single “Rêver” (meaning “To Dream”). The song is an ode to “the perfect woman” – the one that everyone is looking for, who lives in every man’s dream! The result is a track in which both voices complement each other perfectly as the track flows from KELLINGSTON’s native-créole melodic choruses to CALI P’s unmistakable voice (who has been living in Jamaica for 3 years now).

The track, produced by CALI P, is a mix of different styles and influences, caribean and african, making it a dancing anthem! Cali P chose to go to London, where the Afrobeats movement is gaining huge exposure and developing at a rapid pace and linked up with Composers/ songwriters J.O.A.T (Randy Valentine, Jae5 and Blemish) in order to come up with the perfect sound for this project. The result is more than convincing and will definitely please Dancehall and afrobeats enthusiasts alike.

KELLINGSTON is without doubt one of the most promising emerging acts from Guadeloupe. He is currently working on his debut album – the first street single has already gone over 100’000 views on youtube without any real form of promotion, and the trailer for his new single “Rêver” has already been seen and shared by over 10’000 fans and the track went straight to the TOP 15 of the JUNO INTERNATIONAL REGGAE SALES. His album will be produced by CALI P and will be releasing in 2014 with HEMP HIGHER PRODUCTIONS.
